Liberty Lodge aims to offer best in class care by attracting dedicated staff who want to make a difference to the lives of the children in our care. All staff are required to complete a comprehensive induction program, which meets and exceeds the Common Assessment framework.
We invest in our staff and know the importance of developing a committed, well-trained team. We implement both internal and external training courses and utilise specialist consultants to provide specific guidance so that our staff have all the necessary skills to provide the proper care plan for our service users.

1 Qualified & registered manager.
8 Full time care staff with qualifications of RMA, NVQ4, NVQ 3.
2 Part time care staff with qualifications of RMA, NVQ4, NVQ 3.
All staff are Team Teach and first aid trained.
Staff have various degrees and 1 staff member is a qualified social worker.
